Welcome to WUMUNS XVIII. We are excited to welcome you on our beautiful campus in the fall.

This year’s conference will take place on October 17-19, 2025.

Please review the following information to properly secure your spot in the conference:

REGISTRATION TIMELINE

April 7: Registration Opens

April 7 – May 31: Early Registration

June 1 – September 1: Regular Registration

September 2 – September 20: Late Registration

September 20 at 11:59PM CST: Registration Closes

PRICING

Flat Delegation Fee: $100*

Early Registration: $80 per delegate

Regular Registration: $90 per delegate

Late Registration: $100 per delegate

* Note that this fee does NOT apply to Single Delegates.

These prices include 2 provided complimentary meals.

STEPS TO REGISTER

If you are a delegation that is electing to request financial aid please see the financial aid section for directions on how to register.

  1. Please fill out either a Single Delegate Registration Form OR Delegation Registration Form below depending on your needs. Successful completion of one of these forms will reserve your spot for WUMUNS XVIII!
    • Please note that the Delegation Registration Form requires a $100 flat delegation fee to complete.
  2. Regardless if you are a Single Delegate or a Delegation, please fill out the Delegate Fee Form before registration closes to pay the per delegate fees. Failure to do this before the registration closes, may result in expulsion from WUMUNS.

The latest that WUMUNS can look into granting refunds due to changes in delegation sizes is October 1st at 11:59PM CST

FINANCIAL AID

WUMUNS is committed to making the conference accessible to all delegates and thus is able to provide aid to certain delegates. If you believe that you qualify for financial aid please follow the following steps:

  1. Please fill out either a Single Delegate Registration Form OR Delegation Registration Form below depending on your needs.
    • Note that if you are filling out a Delegation Registration Form, please select that you will be submitting a financial aid request form, which will allow you to skip paying the flat delegation fee.
  2. Please fill out the Financial Aid Request Form below. WUMUNS will be in contact with your specific case and will provide further directions on how to proceed with your registration.
